再生混凝土集料对水泥稳定碎石性能的影响及工程应用

摘 要:作为道路基层的水泥稳定碎石,其性质在很大程度上依赖混合料的组成级配[1]。在探讨集料组成对水泥稳定碎石强度影响的同时,对再生混凝土集料的特性和将其用于水泥稳定碎石的效果进行了探索性研究。结果表明,再生混凝土集料特别是再生混凝土细集料对水泥稳定碎石强度的影响很大。适当级配的再生混凝土集料可以制备出强度发展良好、耐久性能优异的水泥稳定碎石,并能在高等级公路施工中推广运用。
Abstract: To a great extent, the strength of cement stabilized gravel is depended on their granding composition, and that has been studied experimentally by using recycled concrete aggregate for patially replace the natural aggregate. The rezults show that the recycled concrete aggregate, especially their fine particle, has a great influences on strength of cement stabilized gravel. And when the grading is suitable, it is able to prepare a cement stabilized gravel with high stengty and good durability.
