多孔混凝土生态安全性试验研究

摘 要:通过试验研究了多孔混凝土胶结材料的不同配合比以及养护条件对其在水体中浸出物的影响,分析了多孔混凝土生态安全性的影响因素,并探索改善多孔混凝土生态安全性的有效途径。结果表明,多孔混凝土随着胶结材水化程度以及与空气接触(发生碳化)时间的增加,其生态安全性逐渐提高。适量地掺加一种或多种矿物掺合料会有效提高多孔混凝土的生态安全性。
Abstract: The influences of porous concrete with different proprtion and different curing condition on the concentration of hydration products, that are leached out from the porous concrete and solved into surrounding water, and based on it the problem of eco-eviromental security is discussed. The test rezults show that, with increasing of the hydrational degree of binder and increasing of the duration for touching the air (carbonation) the eco-eviromental security of porous concrete will be enhanced, and it is also effctively enhanced by adding of one or more kinds of mineral admixture in appropriate amount.
