摘 要:为了探讨超低能耗夹芯保温外墙拉结件受力性能,分别从抗拉性能、抗剪性能、拉剪性能和对应的变形性能进行了试验研究,验证了数值模拟分析的可行性,并根据试验和模拟结果给出了拉结件的安全系数。结果表明,夹形拉结件的抗拉性能、拉剪性能的抗拉性能可以满足国内标准的可靠性要求;但抗剪性能难以满足国内标准要求;拉结件在试验中达到设计承载力时变形量均小于胶缝变形能力2.54mm,不影响接缝性能。Abstract:Inordertodiscussthemechanicalpropertiesoftheconnectorsofthesandwichinsulationwallwithultra-lowenergyconsumption,thetensileproperties,shearproperties,tensileshearpropertiesandcorrespondingdeformationpropertieswerestudied,andthefeasibilityofnumericalsimulationanalysiswasverified,andthesafetyfactorofthemetalconnectorswasgivenaccordingtothetestandsimulationresults.Theresultsshowthatthetensilepropertiesandtensileshearpropertiesoftheconnectorscanmeetthereliabilityrequirementsofdomesticstandards,however,theshearperformanceisdifficulttomeetrequirementsofthedomesticstandards.Whentheconnectorsreachthedesignbearingcapacityinthetest,thedeformationamountislessthan2.54mmoftheplasticjointdeformationcapacity,whichdoesnotaffectthejointperformance.

摘 要:以合肥某超长高层框架-剪力墙结构为背景,介绍了温度作用与收缩效应设计及采取的加强措施,研究了结构在温度作用及收缩效应下的变形规律与应力分布特征。结果表明,底部2层收缩变形及楼板应力均较大,3层以上相对收缩变形及楼板应力均很小,可忽略不计。同时对该超长高层结构12~16层仍局部产生了集中裂缝的成因进行了深入剖析,并提出了应对方法和处理措施,可为类似工程实践提供参考。Abstract:Asuperlonghigh-riseframe-shearwallstructureinHefeiwastakenasanexample,andthedesignoftemperatureaction,shrinkageeffectandstrengtheningmeasureswereintroduced,andthedeformationlawandstressdistributioncharacteristicsofthestructureunderthetemperatureactionandshrinkageeffectwerestudied.Theresultsshowthattheshrinkagedeformationandfloorstressofthebottomtwofloorsarelarge,andtherelativeshrinkagedeformationandfloorstressabovethethirdflooraresmallandcanbeignored.Atthesametime,thecausesoflocalconcentratedcracksinthe12~16 floorsofthesuperlonghigh-risestructureareanalyzed,andthecorrespondingmethodsandtreatmentmeasuresareputforward,whichcanprovideareferenceforsimilarengineeringpractice.

摘 要:采用拉伸黏结强度测试方法对砂浆和加气混凝土墙面的黏结性能进行了研究,重点探讨了普通抹灰砂浆和薄抹灰砂浆用基本原材料对砂浆不同龄期黏结强度的影响。结果表明,随着养护时间的延长,砂浆的黏结强度提高;在加气混凝土抹灰之前涂刷一层界面剂,能够有效地减少空鼓和开裂,提高砂浆的黏结强度;薄抹灰砂浆较普通抹灰砂浆具有更好的黏结性能和抗流挂性能,能够减少砂浆的空鼓和开裂现象。Abstract:Thetensilebondstrengthtestmethodwasusedtostudythebondingperformanceofmortarandaeratedconcretewall,andtheeffectsofbasicrawmaterialsforordinaryplastermortarandthinplastermortaronthebondstrengthofmortaratdifferentageswerediscussed.Theresultsshowthatwiththeextensionofcuringtime,thebondingperformanceofmortarincreases.Applyingalayerofinterfaceagentontheaeratedconcreteplastercaneffectivelyreducehollowingandcracking,andimprovethebondingperformanceofmortar.Thinplastermortarhasbetterbondingperformanceandantisaggingperformancethanordinaryplastermortar,andcanreducehollowingandcrackingofmortar.

摘 要:利用有限元软件ABAQUS,分别建立了两种拼接方法(平行拼接和十字拼接)下的双向叠合板计算模型,并与现浇板计算模型进行了对比,分析了叠合板承载力和刚度的差异,并探讨了叠合板的损伤分布及桁架腹筋对叠合板承载力的影响。结果表明,线弹性阶段,双向叠合板的后浇带可增强结构的整体性;塑性阶段,双向叠合板后浇带属于受力薄弱环节,出现明显的应力集中和损伤分布;增大桁架腹筋的直径和排数对提高叠合板的承载力有显著影响。Abstract:UsingthefiniteelementsoftwareABAQUS,thecalculationmodelsoftwo-waycompositeslabswhichhavetwokindsofsplicingmethods(parallelsplicingjointandcrosssplicingjoint)wereestablishedrespectively,andcomparedwiththepouredconcreteslabscalculationmodel,andthedifferenceofbearingcapacityandstiffnesswasanalyzed,andthedamagedistributionofcompositeslabsandtheinfluenceoftrusswebbarsonbearingcapacitywerediscussed.Theresultsshowthatduringtheelasticperiod,thepost-pouringbeltofthetwo-waycompositeslabscanenhancetheintegrityofthestructure.Intheplasticperiod,thepost-pouringbeltistheweakpartofslabs.Increasingthediameterandthenumberoftrusswebbarshasasignificanteffectonimprovingthebearingcapacityofcompositeslabs.

摘  要:研究了硅灰对石膏基自流平砂浆物理力学性能、耐水性的影响。结果表明,掺加适量的硅灰可以改善石膏基自流平砂浆的流动性、缩短凝结时间、提高强度,且收缩率基本无变化;石膏基自流平砂浆的吸水率和软化系数有所提高,耐水性得到改善。 Abstract: The influence of silica fume on the physical and mechanical properties, water resistance of the gypsum-based self-leveling mortar were studied. The results show that by adding appropriate amount of silica fume, the fluidity and strength of gypsum based self-leveling mortar can be improved, and the setting time can be reduced, and the shrinkage is almost no changing. Water resistance can be improved by ameliorating water absorption and softening coefficient.
