减水剂中Na2SO4含量对混凝土性能的影响

摘 要:研究了混凝土萘系高效减水剂中硫酸钠含量对混凝土的力学性能、氯离子渗透性能、碳化以及变形等方面性能的影响,并对相关的机理进行了分析。试验结果表明,适当增加混凝土萘系高效减水剂中硫酸钠含量可以改善水泥净浆的流动性,提高混凝土的抗压和抗折强度、抗氯离子渗透能力和抗碳化性能,但会对混凝土的收缩与变形性能产生不利影响。
Abstract: The effects of content of sodium sulfate in naphthalene-based water reducer of concrete on the mechanical properties, chloride permeability, carbonation and deformation of concrete are studied, and the related mechanisms are analyzed. The results show that when properly increasing the sodium sulfate content of naphthalene-based water reducer, it is able to improve the fluidity of cement paste and increase the compressive and flexural strength, as well as increase the resistances to-chloride penetrating and to-carbonation of concrete, but will have a negative effect on shrinkage and deformation of concrete.
