聚羧酸外加剂对抗渗混凝土物理力学性能 影响的试验研究及其工程应用

摘 要:试验研究了掺聚羧酸外加剂,单掺膨胀剂及复掺膨胀剂和纤维对混凝土强度、抗渗性能、坍落度损失、收缩等物理力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,掺聚羧酸混凝土的抗渗性能与掺入膨胀剂和复掺膨胀剂、纤维的混凝土相当。工程应用也表明,在混凝土中掺入聚羧酸外加剂是提高混凝土防裂抗渗性能的有效技术途径,它具有良好的施工性能。
Abstract: The influences of adding of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, expansive agent or mixture of fiber and expansive agent on the strength, impermeability, slump loss, shrinkage, and other physical and mechanical properties of concrete are investigated experimentaly. The results show that the impermeability of concrete with polycarboxylic acid is about the same to the concrete with expansive agent and fiber. And the engineering application also shows that the adding of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer into concrete is a most effective measure for improving the impermeability of concrete.
