摘 要:提出了在有限场地内,通过合理布局全自动混凝土砖高效率生产线的设计思路,研究了石场尾矿废石砂、管桩余浆及蒸压釜排放尾气在混凝土砖生产中的应用,产品经过生产线自动化蒸汽养护后,其1d抗压强度可达到设计强度80%以上,满足出厂要求。同时,可实现资源综合利用和节能减排目的,助力企业循环经济和产业升级。Abstract:Thedesignideaofautomaticclosed-cycleconcretebrickproductionlinewithhigh-efficiencyisputforwardbymakingareasonablelayoutinalimitedspace.Theapplicationofwastestonesandfromquarry,residualslurryfromproductionanddischargetailsteamfromautoclaveintheproductionofconcretepavementbrickarestudied.1dcompressivestrengthoftheproductscuredintheautomaticsteamcuringprocessintheproductionlinereachesmorethan80%ofthedesignstrength,andmeetsthedeliveryrequirements.Thedesignandapplicationoftheproductionlinecanreachthecomprehensiveutilizationoftheresources,theenergyconservationandemissionreduction,whichcandrivethecirculareconomyandtheindustrialupgradingoftheenterprise.
