摘 要:采用冲击弹性波和超声波法对预制装配式剪力墙结构钢筋套筒连接节点的灌浆饱满度进行了检测,对比分析了竖向“梅花形”和双排对称套筒连接节点不同工况下的测试结果。结果表明,超声波法可通过声速值的变化判别出套筒连接节点的灌浆饱满度,冲击弹性波法可通过频谱图中卓越频率、测区名义厚度和反射时间的变化判别出套筒连接节点的灌浆饱满度;对于双排对称套筒连接节点,超声波法难以确定正反面哪根套筒具有脱空缺陷,而冲击弹性波法可通过卓越频率的变化判别出正反面每根套筒的灌浆饱满度。Abstract:Theimpactelasticwaveandultrasonicwavewereusedtotestthegroutingfullnessoftheconnectionnodeofprefabricatedshearwallstructure,andthetestresultsoftheverticalplumblossomshapeanddoublerowsymmetricsleevejointsunderdifferentworkingconditionswerecomparedandanalyzed.Theresultsshowthattheultrasonicwavecanjudgethegroutingfullnessofthejointofthesleevebythechangeofthesoundvelocityvalue,andtheimpactelasticwavecandeterminethegroutingqualityofthejointofthesleevethroughtheexcellentfrequencyinthespectrogram,thethicknessofthereflectioninthesurveyareaandthereflectiontime.Forthedouble-rowsymmetricalsleeveconnectionnode,itisdifficultforultrasonicwavestodeterminewhichsleevehasavoiddefectonthefrontandbacksides,buttheimpactelasticwavecandiscriminatethespecificgroutingfullnessofeachsleeveonbothsidesofthefrontandbackbythechangeoftheexcellentfrequency.
