摘   要：装配式建筑是用预制部品部件在工地装配而成的建筑。发展装配式建筑是我国建造方式的重大变革，引导建筑行业部品部件生产企业合理布局是促进装配式建筑发展的重要任务。本文介绍了预制混凝土构件工厂的国内外调研情况，提出了我国装配式建筑发展和预制混凝土构件工厂规划布局的重点区域，研究建立了目标区域（城市）预制混凝土构件年市场需求量预测计算模型和典型预制构件厂模型，以及京津冀、长三角和珠三角三大城市群的预制构件厂规划布局的建议。
Abstract: Prefabricated building is the building assembled from prefabricated parts at the construction site. The development of prefabricated buildings is a major change in the construction mode in China, guiding the rational layout of the parts manufacturing enterprises in the construction industry is an important task to promote the development of prefabricated buildings. The domestic and foreign research situation of prefabricated concrete component factory is introduced, the key areas for the development of prefabricated building and the layout of prefabricated concrete component factory in China are put forward, the forecasting model for the annual market demand of precast concrete members in the target area(city) and the typical prefabricated factory model are studied and established. In addition, some suggestions of the planning and layout of the prefabricated component factories of the three major urban agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta are put forward.
