橡胶混凝土的含气量及其控制方法

摘 要:试验研究了橡胶的粒度、掺量和粒形对橡胶混凝土含气量的影响。结果表明,混凝土的含气量随橡胶粒掺量的增加而明显增加,在橡胶粒掺量相同的情况下,当橡胶粒的粒度小于60目时,混凝土的含气量则随橡胶粒度的减小而增加。试验还表明,消泡剂能有效降低橡胶混凝土的含气量,显著提高混凝土的强度。据此,作者提出采用消泡剂来控制橡胶混凝土含气量的建议。
Abstract: The influences of size, dosage and shape of particle of recycled tire rubber on air content of concrete are researched by the tests. As the result, air content of concrete is obviously increased with the dosage of rubber. Under the same dosage of rubber and the size is less than 60# mesh, the air content of concrete can be increased with the size is increased. The experimental results also show that, air content of rubberized concrete can be effectively decreased by adding of the defoaming agent, which can also increase the strength of concrete obviously. So, it's suggested that the air content of rubberized concrete can be controlled by using of defoaming agent.
