摘 要:通过J环障碍高差试验、充填比试验、扩展度试验、扩展速度试验等方法,研究了不同配比的粉煤灰-矿粉胶凝体系对CRTSⅢ型板自密实混凝土流动性、间隙通过性、填充性以及力学性能的影响。同时,通过粉煤灰-矿粉不同配比胶凝体系的水泥净浆黏度试验,进一步探索了粉煤灰-矿粉胶凝体系对CRTSⅢ型板自密实混凝土工作性的影响机理。结果表明,胶凝体系掺量不宜超过胶凝材料总量的40%;粉煤灰-矿粉复掺时,当复掺比例为25%∶15%和20%∶10%,混凝土综合性能较好;矿粉及粉煤灰掺量增加可提高混凝土黏度,降低扩展度,但由于粉煤灰的粒径较小可充分发挥填充效应和滚珠效应,能够达到减水和增加流动性的作用,研究结果可为高性能CRTSⅢ型板自密实混凝土的配制提供参考。
Abstract: The J-ring barrier height difference test, filling ratio test, expansion test and other test methods were used to study the fluidity, passability, filling and mechanical properties of CRTSⅢ type self-compacting concrete with different proportions of fly ash and ore powder gelling system. At the same time, the cement paste viscosity test of mixed fly ash and mineral powder was carried out to further explore the influence mechanism of fly ash-mineral cementation system on the workability of CRTSⅢ type self-compacting concrete. The results show that the total amount of fly ash and mineral powder should not exceed 40% of the total amount of cementitious materials, and when fly ash and mineral powder are compounded, the proportion of compounding is 25%∶15% and 20%∶10% concrete composite performance is better. The cement paste viscosity test shows that the increase of the content of mineral powder and fly ash will increase the viscosity of the concrete, resulting in a decrease in the working performance of the concrete. However, due to the small particle size of the fly ash, the filling effect and the ball effect can be fully exerted, and the water reduction can be achieved, which can provide a reference for the high-performance CRTSⅢ type self-compacting concrete.
