摘 要:减水剂是混凝土外加剂中最重要的一个品种。2007年我国合成减水剂产量约284.54万t,其中普通减水剂占6.2%;高效减水剂占79.3%;高性能减水剂占14.6%。以木质素磺酸盐减水剂为代表的普通减水剂和以萘系减水剂等为代表的高效减水剂在我国的研究和应用基础较好,但还可以进行优化改性。而新型多功能聚羧酸系高性能减水剂的开发则是目前研究的热点,发展迅猛。聚羧酸系高性能减水剂的研究应注重产品系列化,加强分子结构设计,注意原材料和产品分子结构的检验和控制,解决好与胶凝材料的适应性问题。 Abstract: The water-reducer is one of most important kinds of chemical adximture for concrete. In China, the out-put of water-reducer, made with synthesis method, is upto 2845.4KT in 2007, among which, the ordinary water-reducer possess 6.2%, the super water-reducer possess 79.3% and the high performance water-reducer possess 14.6%. And in China there is a pretty well foundation on resrarch and application of ordinary water-reducer, which is represented by lignosulfonate, and super water-reducer, which is represented by naphthene sulfonate, etc., but it is still necessary and capable to be improved and modefied. While the research on the new type of high performance water-reducer, the polycarboxylic ester with multi-fuction, is very concerned in the present time and the development is swift and violent. And for research and development of PC water-reducer, it is necessary to attach attention to the product's systemization, to strengthen the design of molecule structure, to pay great attention to inspection and control of raw materials and product's molecule structure, and to solve the problem about compatibility between water-reducer and cementitious material.

化学外加剂赋予混凝土良好的流动性、体积稳定性和高耐久性能,对优质混凝土来说已经成为不可缺少的一种原材料。减水剂是其中最重要的一个品种,聚羧酸盐系高性能减水剂的出现和推广应用可以说是外加剂发展史上的一个重要飞跃,也是对其它外加剂生存的一个挑战。但由于各种外加剂都有自己的特点和特性,所以聚羧酸盐高性能减水剂和其它各种高效减水剂将在相当长的时期内共存发展,并在共存发展中不断地完善和提高其性能。应针对不同的混凝土性能要求,综合性价比选择性价比最合适的减水剂。
