摘 要:以磷酸镁水泥砂浆3d、7d和28d的抗压、抗折和拉伸黏结强度为评判指标,研究了玄武岩纤维对磷酸镁水泥砂浆力学性能的影响,建立了声波纵波脉冲速度与抗压强度的理论关系式。结果表明,掺量不超过2kg/m3的玄武岩短切纤维有助于提高砂浆的抗压强度;短切玄武岩纤维的掺入可以显著增强砂浆的抗折强度,建议掺量为3~5.5kg/m3;砂浆的拉伸黏结强度会随纤维掺量的增加而提高,建议掺量为5~6kg/m3;纵波波速可以用于测定磷酸镁水泥修补砂浆的抗压强度。Abstract:Basedonthe3d,7d,and28dcompressivestrength,flexuralstrength,andtensilebondstrengthofmagnesiumphosphatecementmortar(MPCRM),theenhancementeffectsofbasaltfiberonmechanicalpropertiesofMPCRMwerestudied,andthetheoreticalrelationshipbetweenthepulsevelocityofsoniclongitudinalwaveandcompressivestrengthwasestablished.Theresultsshowthattheshortcutbasaltfiberwiththecontentoflessthan2kg/m3ishelpfultoimprovethecompressivestrengthofMPCRM.Theadditionofshortcutbasaltfibercansignificantlyenhancetheflexuralstrengthofthemortar,andtherecommendedcontentis3~5.5kg/m3.Thetensilebondstrengthofthemortarincreaseswiththeincreaseofthefibercontent,andtherecommendedcontentis5~6kg/m3.Thelongitudinalwavevelocitycanbeusedtodeterminethecompressivestrengthofmagnesiumphosphatecementrepairmortar.
