超早强型聚羧酸盐超塑化剂对混凝土早期强度发展的影响

摘 要:在优化梳形共聚物分子结构的基础上,开发出一种超早强型聚羧酸盐超塑化剂PCA-V。混凝土试验结果表明,环境温度越低,添加PCA-V后的早强效果越明显。在4℃低温环境下,24h混凝土抗压强度相当于掺普通PCA-I超塑化剂混凝土抗压强度的500%以上,30h抗压强度相当于掺PCA-I的480%。
Abstracts: Based on optimizing the molecular structure of a comb-copolymer, a new kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCA-V) with super high-early strength has been developed. The results of concrete tests indicate that PCA-V has the ability to accelerate the development strength of concrete at early age of specially in conditions of low curing temperature. Compared with ordinary polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCA-I), the compressive strength of concrete containing PCA-V can respectively reach over 500% or 480% at the early age of 24 hours or 30 hours.
