纤维素对混凝土性能的影响研究

摘 要:采用两种纤维素掺入到砂浆和混凝土中,研究了不同纤维素掺量对砂浆和易性、强度及混凝土抗渗性能的影响,分析了纤维素混凝土的微观结构。结果表明,掺纤维素的砂浆和易性随着掺量的增加而降低;掺纤维素的砂浆抗压强度和抗折强度在28d龄期内比未掺纤维素砂浆的低,而后期强度则有所提高;纤维素能较大地提高混凝土的抗渗性能,微观分析显示纤维素的掺入影响了水泥水化进程,改善了混凝土微观孔隙结构。
Abstracts: Two kinds of cellulose are added in concrete to investigate the influences of different cellulose dosages on workability, strength of mortar and impermeability of concrete. The micro-structure of concrete with cellulose is also studied. The results show that the workability of mortar is reduced with the cellulose dosage increased. The compressive and flexural strength of mortar with cellulose are lower than the mortar without cellulose in the age of 28-days, but the strength at the later has a little improved. The cellucose can obviously improve the impermeability of concrete, and the SEM morphology analysis shows that the cellulose can effect the hydration process of cement and improve the microporous structure of concrete.
