摘 要:通过对比蒸汽养护和标准养护的混凝土抗压测试结果,研究了蒸养制度对混凝土早期强度发展的影响。试验结果表明,在一定范围内,蒸汽养护温度越高,恒温时间越长,混凝土早期强度发展越快;外加剂类型、混凝土配合比对构件的早期抗压强度也有重要影响;当选用合适的原材料、配比,经8 h加速养护后,混凝土抗压强度可达设计强度50%以上,满足拆模、起吊要求。
Abstract:Comparing the concrete compressive strength of concrete by steam curing and the standard curing, the effect of the steam curing system on the early strength development of concrete are studied. The results show that the higher the steam curing temperature and the longer the constant temperature, the faster the early strength development of concrete within limits. The type of admixture and concrete mix proportion have influence on the early compressive strength of the precast concrete. When choosing the right raw material and mix proportion, after 8 h accelerated curing, the compressive strength of concrete can reach over 50% of design strength, which satisfies the requirements of demolding and lifting.
