摘 要:为了研究钢纤维掺量对混凝土力学性能的影响,对钢纤维体积掺量分别为 0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的混凝土进行了强度(抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度与抗弯强度)、静弹性模量以及抗冲击性能测试,分析了混凝土拉压比和弹强比,同时研究了聚丙烯纤维和MgO膨胀剂对钢纤维混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:钢纤维掺量对混凝土抗压强度、静弹性模量和弹强比无明显影响,但随着钢纤维掺量增加,混凝土劈裂抗拉强度、抗弯强度以及拉压比逐渐增大,抗冲击性能显著提高。掺入聚丙烯纤维及膨胀剂均可显著提高钢纤维混凝土抗冲击性能,并且膨胀剂可以有效改善钢纤维混凝土抗压强度和弹强比。
Abstract: Effect of mechanical properties of concrete with steel fiber volume content of 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% respectively was studied, through strength testing (compressive strength testing, splitting tensile strength testing and flexural strength testing), static elastic modulus testing and impact testing, and tension-compression ratio and elastic strength ratio of concrete was analyzed. The mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete with polypropylene fiber and MgO expansive agent were studied. The experimental results show that the steel fiber has no significant influence on the compressive strength, static elastic modulus and tension-compression ratio of concrete, but splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, tension-compression ratio and impact property of concrete has significantly improved with the increase of steel fiber content. Impact property of steel fiber reinforced concrete with polypropylene fiber or expansive agent has significantly improved, and the expansion agent can also improve the compressive strength and elastic strength ratio of steel fiber reinforced concrete effectively.
