装配式住宅预制夹芯保温复合外墙内部冷凝问题研究

摘 要:分别以泡沫混凝土保温板和改性酚醛保温板作为预制夹芯保温复合外墙的夹芯保温层材料,对夹芯保温复合外墙的内部冷凝问题进行了理论计算,结果表明,在夏热冬冷地区墙体构造为60mm钢筋混凝土+70mm泡沫混凝土+60mm钢筋混凝土的夹芯保温复合外墙内部存在冷凝问题,但泡沫混凝土保温层因内部冷凝受潮而增加的湿度增量在允许范围之内,所产生的冷凝水数量不会对结构造成损害;而墙体构造为60mm钢筋混凝土+40mm改性酚醛保温板+60mm钢筋混凝土的夹芯保温复合外墙内部则不存在冷凝问题。
Abstract: The internal condensation conditions in sandwich insulation composite wall with foamed concrete or modified phenolic thermal insulation board are studied. The results show that in hot summer and cold winter area, there isn’t an internal condensation problem in sandwich insulation composite wall with the structure of reinforced concrete 60mm + modified phenolic insulation board 40mm + reinforced concrete 60mm. But there is an internal condensation problem in sandwich insulation composite wall with the structure of reinforced concrete 60mm + foamed concrete 70mm + reinforced concrete 60mm. The quantity of internal condensation water in foamed concrete is in allowable range, which won’t cause damage to the structure.
