攀钢高钛型高炉渣生产墙体材料可行性研究

摘 要:对攀钢高钛型高炉渣生产实心砖和混凝土空心砌块的可行性进行了研究。研究结果表明,石灰、煅烧石膏、粉煤灰混合掺入时对高钛型高炉渣的活性激发效果最好。微观分析也证明此时高钛型高炉渣积极地参与了反应。在此基础上获得了用于开发高钛型高炉渣实心砖和混凝土空心砌块所用胶结料的最优配合比,用该胶结料可以生产强度达MU10的实心砖和空心率为50%、强度达MU10以上的混凝土空心砌块。
Abstract: The availability of activating the activity of titanium bearing slag (TBS) and using it to produce new wall materials are studied. The test results show that the gypsum has good activating effect to TBS, but when burned gypsum and fly ash incorporated together, the activating effect is better than the former. The microstructure analysis confirms that in this case, the TBS actively takes part in chemical reaction. The optimum mix proportion of the binder is obtained. Using this binder, the bricks and concrete hollow blocks with strength of MU10 can be successfully produced.
