摘 要:阐述了化学发泡法制备泡沫混凝土的过程,分析了泡沫混凝土裂缝产生的主要原因,并提出如何减少这些裂缝的措施。研究表明:新拌泡沫混凝土料浆的均匀性和稳定性是化学发泡泡沫混凝土产品质量的关键;发泡膨胀和凝结时呈现的不均匀性是裂缝产生的主要原因,温差应力是次要原因;研制的平衡压板法可有效减少泡沫混凝土料浆和胚体的裂缝。
Abstract: The process of making foamed concrete by chemical foaming method was represented, the main causes of foam concrete cracks were analyzed, measures of reducing the cracks were also offered. Researches show that the uniformity and stability of fresh foam concrete slurry is key to the quality of chemical foam concrete, then unevenness of foaming expansion and condensation is the main cause of cracks, and the thermal stress is the secondary cause, besides, balanced platen method could reduce the cracks effectively.
