摘 要:当前我国工业化建筑外围护墙体部品发展迅速,但保温性能差、墙体开槽多、耐久性能差等问题一直影响行业的发展。为促进外围护墙体部品向高性能的方向发展与应用,本文通过对工业化建筑外围护墙体部品国内外研究现状和外围护墙体的高性能需求的调查研究,总结了高性能外围护墙体部品的评价技术指标体系,提出了基于层次分析法的高性能外围护墙体部品的评价方法,并利用工程实例验证了该方法的可行性。
Abstract: The envelope wall components of industrial buildings are developing rapidly, but the problems of poor insulation performance, lots of wall grooves and poor durability are troubling its development. To promote the envelope wall components to the high performance and application, the status of the envelope wall components of industrial buildings and the requirements of high performance wall components is studied, the performance evaluation technology index system of the envelope wall components is summed up. At the same time, the high performance evaluation method of the envelope wall components which is based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is put forward, and the engineering example verifies the feasibility of this method.
