摘 要:针对实际工程中常用的压型钢板-钢筋桁架组合楼板存在的不足之处,将压型钢板替换为可拆卸的木塑模板,以形成一种新型组合楼板。试验研究了两个可拆式钢筋桁架混凝土楼板的承载力。结果表明,可拆式钢筋桁架混凝土楼板正常使用阶段的破坏形态与普通楼板相似,并提出了适宜可拆式钢筋桁架混凝土楼板的承载力计算公式。同时通过分析底部木塑模板对整体承载力的影响,认为可拆式钢筋桁架模板是一种值得推广应用的楼板形式。
Abstract: In view of the shortcomings of the profiled steel plate-reinforced truss composite floor slab commonly used in practical engineering, the profiled steel plate was replaced with a detachable wood plastic formwork to form a new composite slab. The bearing capacity test of two detachable reinforced concrete slabs were carried out. The results show that the failure mode of the detachable reinforced concrete slabs in normal use is similar to that of ordinary slabs, and the suitable reinforced concrete truss concrete is proposed. The calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the floor. At the same time, the analysis of the bottom wood-plastic formwork has a certain impact on the overall bearing capacity, the detachable reinforced truss formwork is a form of slab that is worthy of popularization and application.
