摘   要:研究了装配式剪力墙的连接技术,探讨了水平及竖向接缝结合部位连接形式和钢筋连接形式,分析了不同连接技术的研究现状和抗震性能,并对装配式剪力墙连接技术的发展进行了展望。 Abstract: The connection technology of prefabricated shear wall is studied, and the horizontal and vertical seam binding site connection form and the reinforced connection form are discussed, and the research status and seismic performance of different connection technologies are analyzed, and the development of prefabricated shear wall connection technologies is prospected.

摘   要:通过叠合板脱模、吊装荷载的理论计算,建立了有限元模型,利用理论计算验证了有限元模型的正确性,得到基于共节点模型以对叠合板进行较真实的仿真模拟。讨论了吊绳、节间、悬挑长度、板宽及吊环等影响叠合板吊装的主要因素,在最不利工况下分析了各因素对叠合板受力性能的影响。 Abstract: Through the theoretical calculation of the demoulding and hoisting load of composite slab, the finite element model is established. The correctness of the finite element model is verified by the theoretical calculation. The model based on the common node can simulate the composite slab more realistically. The main factors that affect the hoisting of the composite slab, such as the lifting rope, the internode, the cantilever length, the width of slab and the hoisting lug are discussed. Under the most unfavorable condition, the influence of various factors on the mechanical properties of composite slabs is analyzed.

摘   要:蒸压加气混凝土与岩棉复合的围护墙板是一种新型的建筑围护结构板材,不需要附加保温层就可满足寒冷地区的热工要求。GB 50176—2016《民用建筑热工设计规范》就如何计算围护墙板的热工参数给出了计算方法,但需要相邻部分热阻比值不大于1.5,当热阻比值大于1.5时需要通过传热有限元计算考虑热桥的影响,给传热系数计算带来困难。基于此,提出了一种传热系数的简化计算方法,借助线性变截面的热传导公式,考虑了复合板肋部热桥影响,以综合传热系数最大为条件,得到了综合传热系数和综合热阻。利用所提出的计算方法对某工程外围护墙板进行了传热系数计算,并与有限元计算结果进行了对比,相差仅0.3%,可以满足工程设计要求。 Abstract: The integrated lightweight composite wallboard made of autoclaved aerated concrete and rock wool panel is a new type of building enclosure system, which can meet the thermal requirements of cold areas in China without additional insulation. GB 50176—2016 The Code for Thermal Design of Civil Buildings gives a thermal calculation method, which requires the thermal resistance ratio of adjacent parts to be less than 1.5, or else it needs to consider the influence of heat bridge by heat transfer finite element calculation. The finite element method brings difficulties to thermal design. Therefore a heat transfer calculation method based on the linear variable cross-section considering the thermal bridge effect of the composite ribs is put forward, and the heat transfer coefficient and thermal resistance of the wallboard are obtained under the condition of maximum heat transfer. The heat transfer coefficient of the composite wallboard is calculated using the method in this paper, and the results are compared with the finite element calculation method, the difference is only 0.3%, which can meet the engineering design requirements.

摘   要:采用化学发泡法制备了碱式硫酸镁水泥泡沫混凝土(MOSFC),研究了不同掺量的玻璃纤维(GF)和聚丙烯纤维(PP)对MOSFC干密度、导热系数、孔隙率、体积吸水率、软化系数和力学性能的影响,并结合XRD、SEM方法分析了其作用机理。结果表明,GF和PP的加入能够提高MOSFC的强度,且二者的最佳掺量分别为0.5%和1.5%;GF和PP在改善MOSFC力学性能的同时增大了干密度和导热系数,降低了保温性能;掺加1.0%的GF能有效改善MOSFC的抗水性能,但PP对MOSFC的抗水性能不利。 Abstract: The chemical foaming method was used to prepare magnesium oxysulfide cement foam concrete(MOSFC), and the effects of glass fiber(GF) and polypropylene fiber(PP) content on the dry density, thermal conductivity, porosity, volumetric water absorption, softening coefficient and mechanical properties of basic magnesium sulfate cement foam concrete were studied, and the mechanism was analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that the addition of GF and PP can increase the strength of MOSFC, and the optimal dosage of GF and PP is 0.5% and 1.5%, respectively. The addition of GF and PP can increase the dry density and thermal conductivity while improving the mechanical properties, and the thermal insulation performance decrease. Adding 1%GF can effectively improve the water resistance of MOSFC, but PP is detrimental to the water resistance of MOSFC.
