摘 要:通过昆明南站钻孔灌注桩的工程应用实例,介绍了厚砂层地基中灌注桩基施工的工程特点,并对3种施工方案进行比选,最终确定选用优化后的“浅护筒加泥浆护壁”工艺,该方法保证了桩基施工的安全、质量、进度。同时,对泥浆制备与循环、钢筋骨架制作与安装、混凝土灌注等施工关键技术的控制进行了论述,解决了下穿厚砂层地基中钻孔灌注桩施工的难题。
Abstract: Through engineering application examples of bored cast-in-place piles in Kunming south railway station, the engineering features of the construction of cast-in-place pile foundation in thick sand layer foundation are introduced, and the comparison of three construction schemes is carried out. Finally, the optimized shallow casing with mud protection drilled bores technology is selected, which guarantees safety, quality and progress. At the same time, slurry preparation and circulation, construction and installation of reinforcement cages, concrete infusion and other construction methods are discussed, the difficulties in construction of bored cast-in-place piles under the thick sand layer foundation are solved.
