摘 要:从流变学角度探讨了不同品种不同组分的外加剂和环境温度对负温水泥基灌浆料流变协同作用的影响规律。结果表明,不同外加剂条件下,负温水泥基灌浆料从+20~-10 ℃温度转变过程中,同一剪切速率下剪切应力下降,在+20~-5 ℃温度范围内,灌浆料初始流动度和30 min流动度均随着使用环境温度的降低而增大,当温度达到-10℃时,灌浆料流动度迅速降低,不能满足标准要求。此时,在浆体流变性符合Bingham流体模型的条件下,建议使用温度为-5 ℃。
Abstract: The influence of admixture and ambient temperature on the rheological synergy of sub-zero temperature cementitious grout was discussed from the perspective of rheology. The results show that under the same shear rate, when the temperature changes from +20~-10 ℃, the shear stress of sub-zero temperature cementitious grout with different admixture decreases. Under the temperature ranged from 20~-5 ℃, the initial fluidity and the fluidity at 30 min of grout increase with the decrease of the ambient temperature. When the temperature reaches -10 ℃, the fluidity of grout decreases rapidly and cannot meet the codes requirements. At this time, the rheology of slurry coincided with Bingham fluid model, and the recommended temperature is -5 ℃.
