摘 要:通过使用机制砂替代天然砂进行免蒸压管桩混凝土配制试验,主要对比了不同品质机制砂取代天然砂对管桩混凝土拌和物工作性、力学性能、耐久性能以及桩身抗弯性能的影响,探讨了高品质机制砂在免蒸压管桩混凝土中应用的可行性。结果表明,采用高品质机制砂制备的混凝土拌和物具有较好的和易性,能够满足免蒸压管桩的生产工艺要求。同时,采用高品质机制砂生产的管桩桩身结构性能也满足相关标准要求。
Abstract: The effect of sand substitution rate of different quality manufactured sand instead of river sand on working performance, mechanical properties and durability of pile concrete as well as bending performance of piles was studied. And the feasibility of high performance mechanical sand in autoclaved pile concrete was also discussed. The test result show that the performance of non-autoclaved pile can meet therequirements of local and national standards, which maded of the high performance mechanism sand, whose concrete performance can meet the non-autoclaved process requirements.
