摘 要:为探索建筑垃圾再生微粉用作掺合料的可行性,制备了三种细度的废砖、废混凝土再生微粉,测试其物化性质,并研究不同组成、细度、掺量的再生微粉对水泥胶砂性能的影响。结果表明,组成对水泥胶砂性能影响不大,细度和掺量有较大影响;Ⅱ级再生微粉工作性较好、强度较高;掺量在20%以内对胶砂流动性的降低并不明显,且抗压、抗折强度比分别在85%、75%以上。
Abstract: In order to explore the feasibility of using recycled powder as admixture,waste bricks and waste concrete recycled powder were prepared in three kinds of fineness. The physicochemical properties were tested and the effects of different compositions, fineness and dosage of recycled powder on the performance of cement mortar were studied. The results show that the composition has little effect on the performance of cement mortar, and the fineness and dosage has great influence. The grade II recycled powder has better working performance and higher strength; the reduction of the fluidity of the mortar within 20% is not obvious, and the compressive and flexural strength ratios are above 85% and 75% respectively.
