摘 要:提出了以DL型里氏硬度计作为检测设备的钢筋套筒连接灌浆料抗压强度无损检测方法,测试了灌浆料试件的表面硬度,并建立了测强曲线。研究结果表明,灌浆料试件的表面硬度基本服从正态分布,前后两次表面硬度测试结果的重复性较好。试件的表面硬度与抗压强度具有强正相关性,推荐采用指数回归方法建立测强曲线,相关系数可达0.945。
Abstract: A non-destructive testing method for the compressive strength of grouting materials for steel sleeves using DL type Leeb hardness tester as a testing device was put forward, and the surface hardness of grouting materials was tested and the strength curve was established. The results show that the surface hardness of grouting materials is normally distributed, and the surface hardness test has good repeatability. The surface hardness of the specimen is strongly correlated with the compressive strength, and it is recommended to use the exponential function regression to establish strength curve, and the correlation coefficient can reach 0.945.
