摘 要:通过实验研究探索了再生混凝土配合比设计的方法, 提出了在普通混凝土配合比设计的基础上进行废混凝土骨料的预吸水, 并通过掺加优质粉煤灰、减水剂或二者复合, 可成功地配制同时满足工作性和强度要求的再生混凝土。 根据这种方法 , 配制的全部使用废混凝土骨料为粗骨料的再生混凝土28天的抗压强度高达54.6MPa。
Abstract: The approach for the proportion design of recycled aggregate concrete is investigated according to the experimental study.It is suggested that the proportion of cement, sand and aggregate can be calculated based on the current proportion design code for ordinary concrete.As regard to the water content, the water adsorption of waste concrete aggregate within certain time period should also be considered and added to the water content calculated according to the code for ordinary concrete .In addition, the using of good quality fly ash and superplasticizer can improve the strength of recycled aggregate concrete.The highest compressive strength of the concrete, in which all aggregate is insteaded by waste concrete aggregate, is up to 54.6MPa at 28days.
