摘   要:研究了混凝土回弹仪钢砧率定值与其硬度及质量间的关系,确定了一款比较适合中型回弹仪用的轻型钢砧(率定值为40±1)。结果表明:该轻型钢砧可有效提升回弹仪检定周期内常用示值区间段回弹值的重复性、稳定性和准确性,同时,可确保回弹仪的使用过程处于标准状态,进而提高回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度的精度。 Abstract: Based on the study of the relationship between the setting value of steel anvil and its hardness and weight, a light steel anvil with the setting value of 40±1 was determined. The results show that the light steel anvil can effectively improve the repeatability, stability and accuracy of the rebound value of commonly used indication interval in the verification cycle of the rebound instrument. In addition, it can ensure that the use process of the rebound instrument is in a standard state, thereby improving the accuracy of the rebound method for testing the compressive strength of concrete.

摘   要:针对现有酚酞试剂法无法精确测定混凝土碳化程度的不足,基于热重法定量分析CaCO3含量的试验原理,利用TA-Q500热重分析仪在原材料相同的条件下对不同水灰比及龄期条件下的混凝土碳化深度进行了检测,并阐述了该方法的具体操作步骤。结果表明:与酚酞试剂法相比,热重分析法可以定量分析碳化混凝土中的Ca(OH)2 和CaCO3含量,具有快速、方便的特点,且受环境和人为因素的影响较小,测试结果相对稳定准确。 Abstract: In view of the phenolphthalein method cannot accurately measure the concrete carbonation degree, based on the experimental principle of quantitative analysis of CaCO3 content by thermogravimetric method, the carbonation depth of concrete under different water cement ratio and age conditions was tested by TA-Q500 thermogravimetry analyzer under the same raw materials, and the specific operation steps of the method were described. The results show that compared with the phenolphthalein reagent method, the thermogravimetry method can quantitatively analyze the content of Ca(OH)2 and CaCO3 in carbonated concrete, which has the characteristics of rapidity and convenience, and is less affected by the environment and human factors, and the test results are relatively stable and accurate.
