摘   要:装配式钢结构住宅建筑正逐渐成为我国装配式建筑的重要组成部分,其外墙围护部品很难同时满足轻质、防水、防火、耐久以及与门窗、保温集成一体等高性能要求,限制了其快速、高质量发展。为解决钢结构住宅外墙围护部品性能不高的问题,通过研究外墙围护部品的材料、墙板、配件以及建筑、结构设计等,研发了一种满足钢结构住宅高性能要求的轻质混凝土复合外墙围护部品,并成功应用到了相应的工程中。

Abstract: The prefabricated steel structure residential buildings are gradually becoming an important part of prefabricated buildings in China. However, it is difficult to meet all high requirements of lightweight, waterproofing, fire prevention, durability and integration with doors, windows and insulating layer, which limits the rapid and high-quality development of steel structure residential buildings. In order to solve the problems of low performance, through studying the materials, accessories, construction and structural design of external wall enclosure components, a new lightweight concrete composite exterior wall enclosure component that meets the high performance requirements of steel structure residential buildings is developed, and successfully applied to corresponding projects.

本文根据工业化建筑钢结构住宅外墙围护部品的性能需求特点,对适用于钢结构住宅的外墙围护部品的材料、墙板、配件以及建筑、结构设计等关键技术进行了系统研究,开发了一种高性能预制混凝土围护墙板及其应用技术,不仅满足钢结构住宅对外墙围护部品的轻质、耐久、防水、防火性能等自身性能提升要求,同时满足对门窗、保温、内外装饰等多功能集成要求,经工程应用实践证明,技术经济效果良好。
