摘   要:通过研究不同种类及厚度的夹心保温材料、拉结件布置数量及保温板缝隙宽度,分析了其对预制夹心混凝土墙板传热系数的影响。结果表明:夹心层保温材料导热系数越小、夹心层越厚,预制夹心混凝土墙板传热系数越小;非金属拉结件对夹心墙板传热系数的影响约为1.3%~3.2%,夹心层厚度越厚,墙板传热系数越小,拉结件影响越大;夹心层保温板采用定制式保温板可有效降低保温板缝隙对预制墙板传热系数的影响,计算结果可为预制夹心墙板的热工设计提供依据。

Abstract: By studying the sandwich insulation layer of different types and thicknesses, the number of connectors and the gaps of insulation boards, the effects of the heat transfer coefficient on prefabricated concrete sandwich wallboard were analyzed. The results show that the lower thermal conductivity and the thicker the sandwich insulation layer, the smaller the heat transfer coefficient of prefabricated concrete sandwich wallboard. The effect of non-metallic connectors on the heat transfer coefficient of the sandwich wallboard is about 1.3%~3.2%, and the thicker sandwich insulation layer, the samller the heat transfer coefficient of the sandwich wallboard, and the greater the influence of connectors. Customized sandwich wallboard, which can effectively reduce the effect of insulation board gap on the heat transfer coefficient of prefabricated sandwich wallboard. The calculation results can provide an evidence for the thermal design of prefabricated sandwich wallboard.

(1)采用导热系数小的夹心保温材料、提高夹心保温材料厚度可显著提高夹心墙板的热工性能。
(2)非金属拉结件使用数量随着夹心层厚度的增加而增加,其对夹心墙板传热系数的影响也随之大;根据使用的不同夹心保温材料及不同的夹心层厚度,非金属拉结件对夹心墙板传热系数的影响约为1.3%~3.2%。
(3)随着夹心层厚度的增加,金属拉结件的使用数量基本不变,但所用拉结件的尺寸增加;根据使用的不同夹心保温材料及不同的夹心层厚度,金属拉结件对夹心墙板传热系数的影响约为1.3%~3.1%;基于一维稳态假设的理论计算,金属拉结件对夹心墙板传热系数的影响与非金属拉结件相当。
(4)夹心层采用定制式夹心保温板对墙板传热系数的影响小于固定尺寸保温板的夹心墙板,当保温板缝隙为1 mm、2 mm、3 mm时,其对传热系数的影响值分别为0.007 W/(m2·K)、0.015 W/(m2·K)、0.023 W/(m2·K),保温板缝隙每增加1 mm,传热系数增加约0.008 W/(m2·K)。
(5)在夹心墙板生产时,可要求将保温板缝隙控制在2 mm以内;2 mm以上的保温板缝隙建议采用发泡材料填充,以降低其对夹心墙传热系数的影响。
