摘 要:针对现有酚酞试剂法无法精确测定混凝土碳化程度的不足,基于热重法定量分析CaCO3含量的试验原理,利用TA-Q500热重分析仪在原材料相同的条件下对不同水灰比及龄期条件下的混凝土碳化深度进行了检测,并阐述了该方法的具体操作步骤。结果表明:与酚酞试剂法相比,热重分析法可以定量分析碳化混凝土中的Ca(OH)2 和CaCO3含量,具有快速、方便的特点,且受环境和人为因素的影响较小,测试结果相对稳定准确。
Abstract: In view of the phenolphthalein method cannot accurately measure the concrete carbonation degree, based on the experimental principle of quantitative analysis of CaCO3 content by thermogravimetric method, the carbonation depth of concrete under different water cement ratio and age conditions was tested by TA-Q500 thermogravimetry analyzer under the same raw materials, and the specific operation steps of the method were described. The results show that compared with the phenolphthalein reagent method, the thermogravimetry method can quantitatively analyze the content of Ca(OH)2 and CaCO3 in carbonated concrete, which has the characteristics of rapidity and convenience, and is less affected by the environment and human factors, and the test results are relatively stable and accurate.
