珊瑚-水泥复合胶凝材料性能研究及微观分析

摘   要:以10%、20%、30%的珊瑚粉等质量取代水泥制备珊瑚-水泥复合胶凝材料,研究了珊瑚粉对水泥胶凝材料标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、水化放热量、胶砂强度、电阻率和吸波性能的影响,并用XRD、SEM方法分析了珊瑚-水泥复合胶凝材料的物相和微观形貌。结果表明:珊瑚粉会使水泥胶凝材料的凝结时间延长,水化放热量减少,对标准稠度用水量影响不明显;珊瑚粉对水泥胶凝材料的力学性能不利,但仍能满足工程建设要求;掺入珊瑚粉后,试件的电阻率下降、导电性能增加、吸波性能降低;珊瑚-水泥复合胶凝材料的主要水化产物与水泥胶凝材料类似,没有新产物生成。 Abstract: Coral-cement composite cementitious materials were prepared by replacing cement with 10%, 20% and 30% coral powder. The effects of coral powder on water consumption of standard consistency, setting time, hydration heat, flexural strength and compressive strength, resistivity and wave absorbing performance of cement cementitious materials were studied. XRD and SEM were used to analyze the phase and microstructure of coral-cement composite cementitious materials.  The results show that coral powder prolongs the setting time of cement cementitious materials, reduces the hydration heat, and has no obvious influence on water consumption of standard consistency. Coral powder is unfavorable to the mechanical properties of cement cementitious materials, but it can still meet the needs of engineering construction. After adding coral powder, the resistivity of the specimens decreases, the conductivity increases, and the wave absorbing performance decreases. The main hydration products of coral-cement composite cementitious materials are similar to cement cementitious materials, without new products.

摘   要:选用一种低碱度超硫酸盐水泥制备了多孔混凝土,研究了不同掺量脱硫石膏对多孔混凝土pH值和力学性能的影响,分析了狗牙根、高羊茅、早熟禾、黑麦草和白喜草在多孔混凝土中的植生情况。结果表明:当脱硫石膏掺量为15%~20%,P·O 52.5水泥掺量为5%时,多孔混凝土的抗压强度最高;水胶比为0.3时,多孔混凝土的施工性和力学性能最优;脱硫石膏、P·O 52.5水泥和水胶比对多孔混凝土的pH值影响较小。制备的多孔混凝土pH值较低,能够满足植物生长需求,其中,高羊茅和白喜草在多孔混凝土中的植生性能最佳。 Abstract: The super sulfate cement with low alkalinity was selected to prepare the eco-porous concrete, the effects of different content of desulfurization gypsum on the pH value and mechanical properties of eco-porous concrete were studied, and the planting performance of bermudagrass, tall fescue, kentucky bluegrass, ryegrass and bahia grass in eco-porous concrete was analyzed. The results show that the compressive strength of eco-porous concrete is the highest when the content of desulfurized gypsum is 15%~20% and the content of P·O 52.5 cement is 5%. When the water-binder ratio is 0.30, the workability and mechanical properties of eco-porous concrete are optimal. The content of desulfurized gypsum, P·O 52.5 cement and water-binder ratio have little influence on the pH value of eco-porous concrete. The prepared eco-porous concrete has a low pH value and can meet the needs of plant growth. Among them, tall fescue and bahia grass have the best planting performance in eco-porous concrete.
