摘 要:选择机械球磨和化学激发剂双重激发方式,通过胶砂试验,研究了球磨时间、激发剂用量对再生微粉活性的影响,并通过测试活化后再生微粉对水泥胶砂抗压强度的影响来判断再生微粉的最优活化方式。试验结果表明,随着球磨时间的增长,再生微粉平均粒径减小,比表面积增大,有利于其活性的提高;扫描电镜和能谱分析结果表明,再生微粉主要由碳酸钙和二氧化硅组成,这为激发提供最根本可能性;抗压强度结果表明,Na2SO4激发效果更好,当激发剂掺量为3%,球磨时间在60 min以上时,可有效地提高再生微粉活性,增活后的再生微粉掺量可扩大至30%左右且能保证了胶砂试块的强度损失控制在15%以内。
Abstract: The effects of ball milling time and the amount of activator on the activity of the regenerated micro powder are mainly studied by the double excitation method of mechanical ball milling and chemical activator. The optimal activation mode of recycled fine powder is determined by the influence of activated micro powder on compressive strength of cement mortar. The results show that the average particle size of the regenerated powder increases with the increase of the milling time, and the specific surface area increases, which is beneficial to the increase of its activity. The scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum results show that the regenerated powder is mainly composed of calcium carbonate and silica, which is the most fundamental possibility to improve the excitation. The results show that the Na2SO4 excitation effect is better. When the dosage of activator is 3% and the milling time is above 60 min, the activity of the regenerated micro powder could be improved effectively. After the activation, the content of recycled micro powder can be increased to about 30%, and the strength loss of colloidal sand test blocks com be controlled within 15%, which greatly improves the utilization rate of recycled micro powder.
