摘 要:为了提高3D打印混凝土构件的成型精度,结合转臂式打印设备研究了分层厚度、搭接宽度、挤出速度和进给速度四个打印工艺参数,应用控制变量法对工艺参数进行了工艺试验和理论分析,确定了工艺参数对成型精度的影响规律,并建立了数学模型来提高3D打印混凝土构件的成型精度。
Abstract: In order to improve the forming precision of the 3D printed components, combined with the jib type printed equipment, four printing process parameters of layer thickness, overlap width, extrusion speed and feed speed for the forming precision were studied. By using the control variable method, the process parameters were tested and analyzed theoretically. The influence of process parameters on the forming precision was determined, and the mathematical model was established to improve the forming precision of 3D concrete printed components.
