摘   要:以丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、封端酰胺磷酸酯和甲基丙烯基酒石酸单酯为功能单体,通过对这几种功能单体缓释特点进行分类,科学地设计了聚羧酸减水剂的分子结构,制备了三种不同释放时间的保坍型聚羧酸高性能减水剂(即早期释放型、中期释放型和中后期释放型)。采用凝胶色谱仪对三种保坍型减水剂进行了GPC分析,研究了其释放规律以及对不同特征水泥的适应性,并在混凝土实际工程中验证了设计方法的正确性。

Abstract: With hydroxyl ethyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate, terminated amide phosphate and methyl allyl tartaric acid monoester for modification monomer, through the analysis of the characteristics of the several kinds of modified monomer slow-release classification, the molecular structure of high performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer was scientifically designed. Three different release times of high performance slump retention type polycarboxylate superplasticizer(release early, release mid and later released type) were prepared. GPC analysis was carried out on three kinds of high performance slump retention type polycarboxylate superplasticizer by gel chromatography. Its release rules and adaptability to different characteristics of the cement were studied and applied in concrete engineering practice to verify the correctness of the design method.

(1)通过改变酯基类型和比例可以设计不同释放速度的保坍性聚羧酸减水剂,单酯搭配少量丙烯酸羟乙酯可以合成早期释放型减水剂PCE1;丙烯酸羟乙酯搭配丙烯酸羟丙酯可以合成中期释放型减水剂PCE2;磷酸酯搭配丙烯酸羟丙酯可以合成中后期释放型减水剂PCE3。
(2)PCE1具有较高的减水率,其早期保坍能力较强,但后期保坍能力相对较弱,在混凝土体系早期流动度损失较快(水泥损失较大或砂含泥较高)的环境下,可以有效改善前期及中期保坍性能。
(3)PCE2的长期保坍能力不及PCE3,但早期释放能力强于PCE3,适用于返大型特征的水泥。
(4)PCE3减水率较低,其早期释放能力较弱,但具有优异的长期保坍性能,且释放均匀持久,主体释放区间位于1.5~2.5 h(或3 h),与PCE1复合使用,适用于平稳型特征的水泥。
