摘 要:通过力学性能、化学结合水、水化程度、Ca(OH)2含量、浆体密实度和孔结构等试验,研究了阳离子乳化沥青对水泥水化的影响。结果表明:随着乳化沥青与水泥的质量比(A/C)从0增加到0.45,水泥-乳化沥青(CA)砂浆的力学性能逐渐下降;化学结合水、水化程度和Ca(OH)2含量也随之降低;超声波速逐渐下降,浆体的孔径和累积孔体积逐渐增加,CA砂浆的水化产物减少。总之,阳离子乳化沥青抑制了水泥水化和微结构的形成。
Abstract: The influence of cationic asphalt emulsion on cement hydration was investigated by testing the mechanical properties, chemically bound water, hydration degree, content of calcium hydroxide, density of paste and the pore structure. The results show that with the increase of mass ratio of asphalt to cement(A/C) from 0 to 0.45, the compressive and flexural strength declines gradually. The content of chemically bound water, cement hydration degree and the formation of Ca(OH)2 also decreases. The velocity of ultrasonic wave of cement-asphalt mortar reduces, while the pore size and the cumulative pore volume of cement-asphalt paste increases gradually. The formation of cement hydration products of CA mortar reduces. All in all, the hydration of cement and the formation of microstructure are suppressed by cationic asphalt emulsion.
