摘 要:采用重晶砂、重晶石作为自密实混凝土骨料,通过优化骨料级配、掺入适量的CRT玻璃粉和调整重晶石骨料比例等技术手段,成功配制出了工作性良好、表观密度为3 200 kg/m3的自密实重晶石混凝土,并通过正交试验研究砂率、水胶比和减水剂对混凝土工作性和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:随着砂率的增大,混凝土工作性降低,而抗压强度逐渐增强;水胶比增大,V型漏斗时间和抗压强度减少;减水剂用量增加可以提高混凝土的流动性,存在最佳掺量2.4%;使用功效系数法综合分析得到了混凝土的最佳配合比为砂率45%,水胶比0.43,减水剂2.3%。
Abstract: Using heavy crystal sand and barite as aggregates of self-compacting concrete, the self-compacting barite concrete with good working performance and apparent density of 3 200 kg/m3 was successfully prepared by optimizing aggregate gradation, adding proper amount of CRT glass powder and adjusting the proportion of barite aggregate. The effects of sand ratio, water-binder ratio and water reducing agent on the workability and compressive strength of concrete were investigated by orthogonal test. The results show that as the sand rate increases, the working performance decreases, and the compressive strength gradually increases. As the water-binder ratio increases, the V-shaped funnel time and compressive strength decrease. As the amount of water reducing agent increases, the fluidity of the concrete increases first and then decreases, and there is an optimal content of 2.4%. The comprehensive analysis by the efficacy coefficient method is available. The best mix proportion is: sand rate 45%, water-binder ratio 0.43, water reducing agent 2.3%.
