摘 要:基于工程实例中混凝土自崩现象,通过X射线荧光光谱分析、XRD分析和模拟试验等对可疑物进行了辨别。结果表明:可疑物为钢渣,其在混凝土中缓慢水化导致体积膨胀,最终造成表层混凝土自崩。同时,通过模拟试验,分析了引起该类型混凝土自崩所需要的外部环境条件,并给出了防止该现象继续发生的建议。
Abstract: Based on the phenomenon of concrete self-collapse in engineering examples, suspicious substances were identified through X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis, XRD analysis and simulation tests. The results show that the suspicious substances are steel slag, which slowly hydrate in the concrete. It causes volume expansion and eventually causes the surface concrete to collapse. At the same time, through simulation tests, the external environmental conditions required to cause the concrete to collapse are analyzed, and some suggestions are provided to prevent this phenomenon from continuing.
