摘 要:研究了陶粒取代率和耐碱玻璃纤维(耐碱玻纤)体积掺量对陶粒混凝土抗压强度、比强度和弹性模量的影响。结果表明,耐碱玻纤陶粒混凝土的抗压强度、比强度和弹性模量均随着陶粒取代率的增加而降低,当取代率达到20%后下降趋势更加显著。随着耐碱玻纤掺量的增加,陶粒混凝土的各项指标均呈先增大后减小趋势;当陶粒取代率在20%以内时,不同掺量耐碱玻纤陶粒混凝土的比强度均优于普通混凝土;当陶粒取代率为15%、耐碱玻纤掺量为0.3%时,比强度最优。
Abstract: The effects of the replacement rate of ceramsite and the volume content of alkali resistant glass fiber on the compressive strength, specific strength and elastic modulus of ceramsite concrete were studied. The results show that the compressive strength, specific strength and elastic modulus of alkali resistant glass fiber ceramsite concrete decrease with the increase of ceramsite replacement rate, and the decrease is more significant when the replacement rate reaches 20%. With the increase of alkali resistant glass fiber content, the indexes of ceramsite concrete increase first and then decrease. When the replacement rate of ceramsite is within 20%, the specific strength of alkali resistant glass fiber ceramsite concrete with different contents is better than that of ordinary concrete. When the replacement rate of ceramsite is 15% and the fiber content is 0.3%, the specific strength reaches the best state.
