摘 要:基于ABAQUS有限元模拟分析软件对不同厚度与尺寸的18组板型不锈钢拉结件进行了模拟,通过数值计算分析的方法确定了其抗剪承载力,得出了板型拉结件应力发展过程。结果表明:板型不锈钢拉结件具有较大的平面内抗剪承载能力,当拉结件尺寸相同时,其抗剪承载力随厚度的增加而增大;同厚度、同高度的不锈钢拉结件的长度越大,抗剪承载力越大;同厚度、同长度的不锈钢拉结件,随着高度的增加,其抗剪承载力变化不大;设计中可以屈服强度为基准,安全系数取3.0,确定板型不锈钢拉结件的允许剪切强度。
Abstract: Based on ABAQUS finite element simulation software, 18 groups of stainless steel tie-in pieces with different thickness and size were simulated, and their shear capacity was determined by numerical calculation and analysis, and the stress development process of the plate type stainless steel tie-in parts was obtained. The results show that the plate type stainless steel tie-in parts have large in-plane shear bearing capacity. When the size of the tie-in parts is the same, the shear bearing capacity increases with the increase of the thickness. The longer the stainless steel tie-in pieces of the same thickness and height, the greater the shear bearing capacity. When the thickness and length of stainless steel pull-out pieces are the same, the shear bearing capacity has little change with the increase of height. The yield strength can be taken as the basis in the design, and the safety factor is taken as 3.0 to determine the allowable shear strength of plate type stainless steel tie-in parts.
