摘 要:通过将氧化钙-硫铝酸钙(CA)膨胀剂与MgO膨胀剂复配获得了一种多膨胀源膨胀剂,并试验研究了掺该膨胀剂高强混凝土的抗压强度、限制膨胀率及自由体积变形性能。结果表明:掺入该多膨胀源膨胀剂等量替代水泥对混凝土的抗压强度会造成一定程度的下降,但影响程度较小;在前期水养条件下,掺多膨胀源膨胀剂的混凝土其膨胀速率先增大后减小,28 d转干养条件下,其膨胀会出现回落,但混凝土仍处在膨胀状态。自由变形试验中,掺多膨胀源膨胀剂的混凝土在密封养护条件下,先后经历了“膨胀-收缩-再膨胀”三个变形阶段;而干燥养护条件下,则先后经历了“收缩-膨胀-再收缩-再膨胀”四个变形阶段。 Abstract: A kind of expansion agent with multiple expansion sources is obtained by mixing calcium oxide-calcium sulphoaluminate (CA) expander with MgO expander. The compressive strength, limiting expansion rate and free volume deformation of high strength concrete mixed with the expansive agent are studied experimentally. The results show that the concrete compressive strength is decreased to a certain extent by the same amount of expansion agent instead of cement, but the influence degree is small, and under the condition of pre-water culture, the compressive strength of concrete is decreased to a certain extent. When the expansion rate of concrete mixed with the expansive agent first increases and then decreases for 28 days, the expansion of concrete will decrease, but the concrete will always be in the state of expansion. Under the condition of sealed curing, the concrete mixed with the expansive agent has undergone three deformation stages of "expansion-contraction-re-expansion" successively, but under dry curing condition, Concrete has experienced four deformation stages:shrinkage-expansion-re-contraction-re-expansion.

(1)标养条件下,当高强混凝土中多膨胀源膨胀剂掺量为12%时,与未掺膨胀剂的混凝土相比,强度下降幅度较小,说明多膨胀源膨胀剂的掺入对混凝土抗压强度并不会产生过大的负面影响。
(2)在水养条件下,随着该多膨胀源膨胀剂中MgO膨胀剂掺量的增加,掺该膨胀剂的混凝土膨胀总量减小,膨胀速率减缓,膨胀周期变长。在28 d转干养条件后,膨胀趋于稳定后混凝土始终处于膨胀状态,说明多膨胀源膨胀剂能对高强混凝土后期的干燥收缩进行有效补偿。
(3)密封养护条件下,掺多膨胀源膨胀剂高强混凝土先后经历了“膨胀-收缩-再膨胀”三个阶段,且CA膨胀剂掺量越大,混凝土早期膨胀变形越大,并且高强混凝土始终处于膨胀状态;而干燥养护条件下,掺多膨胀源膨胀剂高强混凝土则先后经历“收缩-膨胀-再收缩-再膨胀”四个阶段,且CA膨胀剂掺量越大,混凝土早期收缩变形越大,并且高强混凝土始终处于收缩状态。此外,干燥养护条件下,CA膨胀剂会出现明显的膨胀延迟现象,可能使后期已硬化的混凝土产生开裂风险。
