摘 要:将有机聚合物单体与普通水泥通过常温共聚的方法制备了一种新型复合混凝土,可以有效解决常见聚合物改性混凝土相容性差、过程复杂及成本高等问题。试验结果表明:当水泥改性剂用量2.0 %、甲基丙烯酸甲酯掺量30 %时,混凝土的工作性、强度及抗渗性等综合性能达到最优。另外,通过扫描电镜、表面接触角和红外光谱分析等方法,研究了甲基丙烯酸甲酯与改性胶材互穿网络式共聚机理。
Abstract: A new type of composite concrete was prepared by copolymerization of organic polymer monomer and ordinary cement at room temperature, which could effectively solve the problems of poor compatibility, complex process and high cost of common polymer modified concrete. The results show that when the dosage of cement modifier is 2.0%, the dosage of methyl methacrylate is 30%, and the comprehensive properties such as workability, strength and impermeability of the condensate are optimized. In addition, the IPN copolymerization mechanism of MMA and modified cementitious materials was studied by means of SEM, surface contact angle and infrared spectrum.
