摘 要:通过研究硅灰、Ⅰ级粉煤灰及S95矿渣粉掺量及掺入方式对高性能混凝土(HPC)的影响,确定了Ⅰ级粉煤灰和S95矿渣粉以1∶1复掺制备HPC预制装配式电缆沟。针对不同服役条件,设计了预制HPC电缆沟U型截面形式,并对其承载力进行了试验验证。结果表明:预制HPC电缆沟的关键部位强度及变形均满足承载力及变形要求,可为电缆沟的预制装配化应用提供参考。
Abstract: According to the influence of silica fume, grade Ⅰ fly ash and S95 slag powder on the performance of high performance concrete (HPC), it is determined that the best mix proportion of grade Ⅰ fly ash and S95 slag powder is 1∶1. For different service conditions, the U-shaped section of HPC prefabricated cable trench is designed and prepared, and the bearing capacity is verified by simulation and test. The results show that the strength and deformation of key parts of HPC prefabricated cable trench can meet the requirements of bearing capacity and deformation, which can provide a reference for application of the prefabrication and assembly process of cable trench.
