摘 要:多孔结构是泡沫混凝土的重要技术特征,对泡沫混凝土性能和功能产生决定性的影响。本文简要介绍了泡沫混凝土孔结构形成机理、特征参数、主要影响因素及其对泡沫混凝土力学性能、热工性能、吸水性和抗冻性影响的研究进展,指出有关泡沫混凝土孔结构特征及其对宏观性能的影响研究明显滞后于其新产品研发进度,应加大研究力度。提出进一步探明孔结构对泡沫混凝土宏观性能的影响将会积极推进泡沫混凝土配合比优化设计、制造和应用,促进泡沫混凝土的高效、规模化应用。
Abstract: Porous structure is an important technical feature of foamed concrete and it has decisive influences on the performance and function of foam concrete. The forming mechanism, characteristic parameters, main influencing factors and the research progress of pore structure of foamed concrete and its influence on the mechanical properties, thermal properties, absorbency and frost resistance of foamed concrete are introduced. At the same time, it points out that the research on characteristics of pore structure of foamed concrete and its influence on macroscopic performance is obviously behind the research progress of its new products, and should be intensified. Further investigation of the effect of pore structure on the macroscopic performance of foam concrete will promote the mix ratio optimum design, manufacture and the efficient and scale application of foam concrete.
