摘 要:传统地下工程的建设采用现浇施工,存在工序繁杂、施工效率低、施工质量难以保证等问题,发展地下预制装配技术是解决上述困难的关键。本文介绍了国内外预制技术在地下工程中的应用,研究了矿山法公路隧道的预制衬砌结构的接头构造、结构防水、结构分块设计等关键技术,提出了符合矿山法公路隧道的预制衬砌分块方案。
Abstract: The construction of traditional underground engineering adopts cast-in-place construction, which has some problems such as complicated procedures, low construction efficiency and difficult construction quality, and the development of underground prefabrication technology is the key to solving the above difficulties. The application of prefabrication technology at home and abroad in underground engineering is introduced, the key technology research on joint structure, structural waterproofing and structural block design for prefabricated lining structure of mine road tunnel is carried out, and the prefabricated lining block in accordance with mine road tunnel is put forward.
