摘 要:利用工程所用原材料,进行了强度等级为SCC35自密实混凝土配合比设计,且验证了其穿越密集钢筋能力,并应用于某输变电工程主变基础的现场实际构件浇筑。结果表明,选择合理原材料及配合比,采用合适的施工方法,能获得输变电工程所需自密实混凝土,免振捣可降低工人的劳动强度及降低噪音,更适用于钢筋密集构件。
Abstract: Using the raw materials used in the project, the SCC35 self-compacting concrete mix proportion is designed, and its ability to pass through the dense steel bars is verified. The self-compacting concrete is applied to the site pouring of the main transformer foundation of a power transmission project. The results show that the self-compacting concrete for power transmission and transformation project can be obtained by choosing reasonable raw materials and mix ratio and adopting appropriate construction methods. The vibration-free tamping will reduce the labor intensity and noise of workers, and it is more suitable for steel-reinforced dense components.
