摘 要:选取两种不同来源的粉煤灰(FAⅠ、FAⅡ),研究了其品质差异和掺量(0、15%、30%、45%)及水胶比(0.5、0.4、0.3)对淡化海砂混凝土工作性、力学性能和耐久性能的影响。研究表明:相较于FAⅡ,FAⅠ型粉煤灰的需水量更小,采用较少的减水剂能使新拌混凝土具有良好的工作性;在水胶比相同的情况下,FAⅠ型粉煤灰对混凝土后期强度发展有更加积极的影响;随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,淡化海砂混凝土的电通量值均先减小后增大,且FAⅠ型粉煤灰对改善混凝土抗Cl-渗透性能更优;随着龄期增长,三种水胶比下FAⅡ型粉煤灰掺量不宜高于15%,而水胶比为0.4和0.3时,FAⅠ型粉煤灰最大掺量可达30%~45%。
Abstract: The influence of two different fly ash FAⅠ, FAⅡand their replacement ratio (0, 15%, 30%, 45%), different water-binder ratio (0.5、0.4、0.3) on the workability, mechanical properties and durability of desalted sea sand concrete was studied. The results show that the water requirement of FAⅠis lower than that of FAⅡ. FAⅠcan use less water-reducing agent to keep the fresh concrete with good workability. FAⅠhas a more positive impact on the later strength development of concrete. As the increase of the fly ash replacement ratio, the electrical flux value of desalinated sea sand concrete decreases first and then increases, and FAⅠis better for improving the resistance of concrete to chloride ion penetration. As the age increases, the replacement ratio of FAⅡshould not be higher than 15%. The maximum amount of FAⅠcan reach 30%~45% when the water-binder ratios are 0.4 and 0.3.
