摘 要:研究了水泥用量、絮凝剂掺量、砂率对海水拌和珊瑚砂水下不分散混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:珊瑚砂水下不分散混凝土单位用水量为235~283 kg/m3时,砂率对单位用水量的影响最为显著,用水量随砂率增加而增大;水泥用量为400~490 kg/m3时,28 d抗压强度在26~39 MPa之间,可配制C20~C30水下不分散混凝土;水泥用量对抗压强度的影响最为显著,强度随水泥用量的增加而增大;水陆强度比随水泥和絮凝剂掺量增加而增大。
Abstract: The effects of cement dosage, anti-washout admixture dosage and sand rate on the performance of underwater sand-dispersed concrete with coral sand were studied. The results show when the water consumption of the anti-washout concrete is between 235~283 kg/m3, the sand rate has the most significant effect on the unit water consumption. With the water consumption increasing, the sand rate increases significantly. When the cement dosage is 400~490 kg/m3, the 28 d compressive strength of underwater concrete is between 26~39 MPa, and C20~C30 anti-washout concrete can be prepared. The amount of cement is the most significant in compressive strength, and the strength increases with increasing amount of cement. At the same time, the underwater/in-air strength ratio increases as the amount of cement and anti-washout admixture increases.
