摘要：大跨度先张法预应力混凝土双T板具有跨度大、结构性能好、成本低、整体性好等特点，被广泛应用于工业建筑。结合实际工程，介绍了大跨度双T板的生产工艺，并重点阐述了钢绞线张拉、预应力控制、混凝土浇筑和养护工艺，可为大跨度双T板的生产应用提供参考。 Abstract： Large-span pre-tensioned prestressed concrete double-T slabs have the advantages of large span, good structural performance, low cost, good integrity and are widely used in the industrial buildings. Combined with the practical engineering, the production technology of the double-T slab is introduced, and the steel strand tension, prestress control, concrete pouring and maintenance technology are described in detail, which can provide a reference for the production and application of long-span double-T slabs.
